- Coordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Prepare and review all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations, including customs requirements and international trade laws.
- Work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays that arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.
- Provide support and guidance to internal teams on import/export-related matters.

The Import/Export Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing the logistics of importing and exporting goods. This includes ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations, coordinating shipments, and working closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to streamline processes and minimize costs.
