Each weekday, we touch the lives of over 60k people across 100+ districts and 20+ US states, with those numbers increasing weekly. We make a tangible impact on individual students' lives, and make it possible for leaders to guide social, emotional and physical improvements effectively at-scale. In the short time since our founding in 2019 and launch in January 2020, Rhithm has amassed over 15 Million unique data points around student and staff well-being, and Rhithm is deeply committed to to scale equitable access to these benefits.
Today, through a simple emoji assessment that takes only moments, Rhithm suggests an ideal 1-3 minute SEL activity video to help with self-regulation. Using this data, leaders reflect on, connect with and help to improve the social, emotional and physical health at the campus, district/network and state levels.
Rhithm will become the go-to platform for student and staff well-being, unifying and streamlining social-emotional learning curriculum, opportunities for improvement, and well-being data in education - dramatically reducing mental illness and suicide in youth, setting the next generation of human beings up with the skills to change the world, and ultimately solving the human excellence problem.
**What You Will Be Doing**
Sales Managers at Rhithm serve as activators for our amazing sales team members who are responsible for selling the Rhithm platform into K-12 school districts across the country. They assist with the team strategy as well as training and enablement for both new hires and existing team members. They drive outcomes and help identify and mitigate roadblocks and obstacles the team may face on a daily basis.
They inspire, empower, and enable our team members to take bold shots and stretch themselves as they grow and develop in their roles at Rhithm.
Sales Managers will directly manage one to two Lead Account Executives who serve as the day to day managers for a team of Account Executives (AE).
**Specific Responsibilities**
In concert with the Sales Leadership Team, guide and ensure the team meets their revenue goals and quota
Meet with each AE and their Lead every week to review their pipeline and territory, assist with the navigation of the established sales cycle, discuss the health of their accounts, discuss the customer journey and provide guidance, constructive feedback, and support as needed
Routinely shadow client meetings and then lead follow-up sessions with your Account Executives to provide feedback and coaching
Catalyze the growth and development of Lead Account Executives to become future leaders on the sales team
Participate in and lead team meetings in coordination with the President and Chief Operating Officer
Meet weekly with the Ops and Revenue Organization to review key sales initiatives
Work in tandem with other Sales Managers as a team on monthly forecasting, team wins and losses, individual performance, and emerging industry trends you've identified from talking with your team and our customers
Present and close business at the district level when needed in support of your team
Work with the Rhithm Leadership Team on organization-wide strategic initiatives and planning
**Who You Are**
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
+ A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience
+ A minimum of 2 years of sales team member management experience
+ Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support other sales team members
+ Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with team members
+ Team player mentality
+ Displays high level of personal and professional integrity
+ Growth mindset
+ Accountable self-starter with strong organization skills, detail orientation, and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong communication and problem solving skills

Annual Salary Range: **$100-110k**
