    Application Development Manager

    to join their growing team The

    Application Development

    Manager

    will provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of the business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure the company's technologies are used appropriately.


    Responsibilities:
    Hands-on coding with our primary tech stack(Python, React, AWS
    Leadership and Project Management
    Responsible for setting a vision for how technology will be created and used in the company, ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs
    Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements
    .nspect all system designs and changes in system architecture
    Create standards and practices for the use of technology and ensure adherence by all staff an members
    Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data Analytics and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
    Creating and executing the technology strategic plan
    Identifying the resources to put the strategic plan into action
    Oversee the development process from start to finish for all projects
    Collaborating and co-creating with cross-functional teams, including data experts and business leaders
    Work on data architecture projects and use a systematic approach to plan, create, and maintain data while also keeping it aligned with business requirements
    Drive innovation and evolution within our business as we adapt to a highly competitive environment
    Identify and implement solutions to help our client fulfill its strategic plan and vision
    Develop relationships with other departments to maximize the effectiveness of projects designed to improve overall performance

    Qualifications
    6+ years of experience in Python, ReactJS and AW
    Track record of technology development success leading multiple international team
    Experience leading teams that build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS 'big data' technologies
    Experience leading teams that build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metric
    History of technology organization design and/or redesign
    Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to assemble information, extract pertinent facts, draw logical conclusions, and present recommendation
    Handling simultaneous projects and adapt to a quickly changing environment
    Making independent judgments and decisions while taking ownership of job responsibilities
    Working within a team environment
    Leveraging advanced data technologies to handle and analyze extensive dataset
    Strong oral and written communications skill
