    Direct Hire Position (PERM) Salary: $80k-$100k DOE + Bonus (up to 25%)

    Responsibilities:

    • Seek out new business opportunities.
    • Identify new leads, assess their needs, and offer packaging & logistic solutions accordingly.
    • Proactively generate new opportunities through calls and visits to both new and existing clients.
    • Negotiate business deals including pricing and terms.
    • Deliver Quotes, Sales Demos, and cultivate enduring business connections.

    Qualifications (Required):

    • An individual eager to work for a company focused on sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
    • A proactive salesperson who generates leads independently from initiation to closure, managing the entire sales process until transferring to in-house account managers (not reliant on leads from others).
    • Proficiency in creating sales quotes using Excel.
    • Experience in conducting sales presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.
    • 5+ years of Sales experience.
    • 2+ years of sales experience targeting industrial clients.
    • Degree in Packaging, Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
    • We are seeking an individual accustomed to engaging with stakeholders; they should excel in lead generation, presentations, align with our mission, and be open to collaboration and teamwork.

    Qualifications (Preferred):

    • An individual with an existing client base (ideally $1M+) that encompasses companies in:
    • EV Manufacturing
    • Semi-Conductors
    • Healthcare Equipment Manufacturing
    • Industrial, transport, or export packaging services
    • Wood crating & pallets
    • Foam, corrugated, PE Bags, etc.
    • Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or Inventory Control
    • Third-Party Packaging and/or Contract Packaging Services
    • Sales experience in aerospace, defense, military, and/or heavy industries preferred.
    • Preference given to graduates from Packaging Programs such as:
    • Michigan State University
    • Virginia Tech
    • University of Wisconsin - Stout
    • Clemson University
    • Rochester Institute of Technology
    • Active involvement in industry associations (IOPP, CSCMP, NIPHLE, etc.)
    • Fluency in multiple languages desirable (Spanish/English/Other)
