• Supported potential and new graduate students through the application process for up to 21 graduate programs

• Designed programming for STEM, FIT, and Academic Success communities to meet the respective objectives of each Living Learning Community (LLC)

• Created an additional LLC called The First Year Experience Community with learning outcomes, program

Graduate Hall Coordinator. Texas Tech University July 2016-May 2018 

• Hired, trained, and supervised 23 community advisors responsible for building community in the residence hall
•  Advised a hall government consisting of 10 volunteer residents as they planned programs, conducted hall meetings, and oversaw a $15,000 budget
• Managed the daily operations of a residence hall complex that housed 1,150 students
• Supervised 6 student assistants who operated front desk services of the residence hall
