    Business Development Manager at Rosen Nissan in Milwaukee

    Rosen Automotive is a respected family business serving the Milwaukee and Madison area with dedication for years. At Rosen Nissan, located on 27th Street and Grange Avenue in Milwaukee, we are on the lookout for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

    Responsibilities and Benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain client relationships and identify potential clients
    • Contact potential clients
    • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
    • Research the latest industry trends to create new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet sales and profit goals
    • Train BDC team to enhance sales performance
    • Understand company products/services and business competition to stay competitive
    • Answer phone calls and emails promptly
    • Review progress with the team daily and offer guidance and support as needed

    Skills and qualifications required:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • Approximately five years of successful sales experience
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
    • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
    • Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings
