- Investigate discrepancies on Pick Tickets and correct issues.
- Adjust out Damaged products /ship out damaged products per client request.
- Complete any additional tasks and duties assigned.
- Reports discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision - publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics.
- Conducts searches to locate misclassified inventory.
- Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements to eliminate them.
- Ensure materials are in proper locations.
- Be able to do basic math functions and use a calculator.
- Strong warehouse experience.
- Demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving.
- High level of energy and drive to work with a team.
- Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to work with different personalities.
- Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure proper and full-time use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Operate any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
- Assist in maintaining the sanitation, security, and safety of the warehouse.
- Experience using a scan gun.
- High school diploma required; one year of related experience in shipping and receiving.
- Organized thought process with high attention to detail with ability to produce accurate results, effective prioritization to meet scheduled deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
- Excellent work ethic: ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.
- Professional attitude and the ability to represent the company with integrity.
- Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
- Comfortable using a PC with computer software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite. Excel proficient preferred.
- Ability to comfortably communicate effectively via email and phone frequently required.
- This is a Wayne, NJ based position operating out of a Warehouse environment
- Warehouse Environmental Conditions are as follows:
- Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
- Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
- Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
- Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
- Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.
- Stooping / Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 lbs. – 50 lbs.
- Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.

Job DescriptionDescription:The Ghost/Damages IM Associate is responsible for monitoring inventory to ensure all materials are properly verified and reported. Additional duties include miscellaneous store/stockroom activities, maintenance of inventory through proper processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues. The Ghost/Damages IM Associate will also support the Operations team to investigate and correct issues regarding MPT tickets in a timely manner.
