We are looking for a rock star Managers Associate to work with our Manager to help manage the staff and store.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Manager at their direction
- Maintenance coordination
- Coordination of HR deliverables, including write ups, hiring
- Oversee customer service
- Drive sales
- Acting Manager when Manager is on vacation or out of the store
- Orders and inventory management
You need great project management skills, the ability to start and finish a project, excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to juggle multiple issues at once.
