- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the agency's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling staffing services to existing clients.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and administrative staff.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Client and Candidate Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively engage with candidates to understand their skills, career goals, and preferences, and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Conduct regular client and candidate satisfaction surveys and take proactive steps to address feedback and improve service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred but not required )
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the staffing industry, with a strong track record of business development and client relationship management (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
