Sales Manager / Department Manager (m/f/d)

Sales - Full-time at our Chalmette, LA locations:

Variety meets precision - Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for all sales activities in our nationwide network of stores
You will lead and motivate 11 regional managers and 4 employees in the office, together with our approximately 600 sales staff, to form a successful sales team
You will ensure the achievement of sales targets and the successful implementation of the company's strategy
Your central tasks include compliance with standards, such as hygiene and occupational safety, and the optimization of organizational processes
With the help of your market knowledge and competitive analysis, you will tap into new sales potentials
Your responsibilities also include sales and budget planning, annual goal setting, active controlling, and initiating necessary measures

Experience meets personality - Your profile

You have a commercial education or a completed degree and several years of experience in a leadership position in sales and/or in the ecological sector
Strategic thinking, willingness to take responsibility, and a high affinity for numbers are natural for you
You can inspire, have a high customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility
You have a strong connection to healthy food, especially organically produced bread and baked goods, and the ecological mindset
