    TQL is looking for an established logistics sales leader, who has a history of success leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

    You will be leading a mid-to-large team of highly motivated logistics sales representatives, responsible for driving revenue and providing unmatched service to our customers.

    This is a highly competitive, transactional sales industry, that requires a 24/7 mentality, quick decision making, and incredible customer service to be successful.

    You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, sales strategies, and for the hiring, coaching, and development of Account Representatives (AR).

    What you'll be doing:
    Work directly with Sales Team and Leaders to identify opportunities and drive brokerage revenue for Oversize Overweight (OSOW) services Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training entry-level account repsProvide support on sales calls when needed, pertaining to OSOW moves and shipments Holding the team accountable for daily activity and revenue resultsAssist in establishing and developing carrier and vendor relationships to grow our heavy haul servicesResponsible for communicating updates, progress, and issues to executive leadershipTravel as needed for customer/carrier meetings and industry conventionsAssist Account Representatives with strategies to ensure sales targets are met and that a high level of customer service is delivered to the sales floor and customers/carriersMonitor sales reports, take appropriate action, and communicate trends and market conditions to the Director and Vice PresidentResolve escalated accounting/claims issues when neededWhat you need:Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years' sales management experience; preferably leading a team of 10+Strong negotiation and presentation skillsTransportation or business services industry experience is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to coach, lead, and motivate othersAbility to be on call, receiving calls from carriers, clients, prospects, and sales associates 24/7/365Capable of providing strong professional references - customer, superior, peer, and direct-reportWhere you'll be: 935 Gravier Street Suite 2000, New Orleans, LA 70112
