The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial analysis, a strong aptitude for managing large data sets, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into business performance and trends.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
Experience in a services industry preferred.
