Description
The Financial Analyst is responsible for organizing and coordinating purchase orders, invoices, and their corresponding project budgets.

Working with our Operational Financial team, IT Asset team, and project owners to assist in overseeing the daily management and processing of invoices for the Data and Digital department.

This includes aiding in the creation and tracking of contracts and monitoring channels related to the projects. Working with stakeholders and vendors to prepare invoices to ensure they correspond to their contract and budgets. Working to adjust and calculate any budgetary splits as it relates to capital and expense. Getting approvals and submitting invoices for processing.


Essential Job Functions

  • Tracking and analyzing financial data of company service agreements and contracts from requisition through retirement.
  • Monitor and track invoices against budgets.
  • Work with vendors and stakeholders to format invoices in a format consistent with the statement of work and budget.
  • Share purchase order details with project team members.
  • Updating Teams and ServiceNow with PO attachments
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of transactions.
  • Ensure all aspects of contract execution are completed, and intervene in case of problems, delays, or disputes, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Create, maintain, and organize records and files for executed contracts.
  • Monitor and track project or operational expenses against budgets and financial targets.

Education/Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Three (3) to five (5) years work experience in a related field
  • Significant expertise in dealing with thirdparty contracts

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
  • Experience maintaining fiscal responsibilities in a corporate environment
  • Excellent organization skills, including the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal tactfully with vendors, suppliers, and contractors who provide a broad spectrum of products and services
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • General knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, and logistics
  • General knowledge of Service Now

Job Types:
