    Our data platform is used by drug developers and patient advocacy groups to develop and launch treatments for patients with rare, genetic, and complex diseases.

    Our technology discovers undiagnosed patients online, analyzes their disease state using machine learning and at-home testing, and enables compliant communication.

    We will also take you on the most incredible team retreats youve ever experienced (Barbados, the Alps, Mexico, and Portugal, just to name a few).About the roleWe are looking for a Head of Growth who will build our growth function with a focus on both patient and pharma company acquisition.

    What you will doYou will set and implement our growth strategy. Your initial focus will be on our online patient acquisition channels. Later, the scope of the role will increase to acquisition channels for pharma customers.

    You will be tapped to build out a brand-new function, so you will initially be an individual contributor (IC), reporting to the CEO, but you will have the opportunity to build a team around you.


    You will build and lead the growth function:
    Use and expand upon our existing technology for analyzing patient acquisition channelsOwn all key patient acquisition metrics (e.g. customer acquisition cost)

    Set and implement the strategy for both paid and organic patient acquisitionBased on our forecasting data, develop and implement patient acquisition strategies to meet our medium-term goalsServe as an advisor to our product team to implement required technology changesSupervise team members running our partnerships with patient advocacy groups and other entitiesCollaborate closely with our business development and product teams to implement our product-led-growth functionWho you areWe are looking for a few specific things that will help you succeed in this role:

    Built and scaled or were a key part of the growth team at an early-stage company in-house that went on to become a unicorn3+ years growth experience for consumer-facing company, ideally in a highly-regulated industryDeeply analytical mindsetSelf-starter willing to get their hands dirty before hiring a teamAbility to lead and inspire junior team membersSome things that are not required, but you will learn on the job:Deep knowledge of the rare disease patient and caretaker realityExperience setting product strategy and leading product development teamsAs with all new hires at Probably Genetic, you will also need to be:A good person.

    Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to:
    work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
