    Overview At Prime Intellect, we are on a mission to accelerate open and decentralized AI progress by enabling anyone to contribute compute, code or capital to train powerful, open models.

    Our ultimate goal? Openly accessible AGI that benefits everyone. But we can't do it alone and we want to do this together with you.
    We are building the infrastructure for decentralized AI development at scale. We aggregate global compute and enable researchers to collaboratively train state-of-the-art models through distributed training across clusters.

    We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Head of Growth to lead our growth initiatives and drive the adoption of our decentralized AI platform.

    As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, overseeing go-to-market plans, and manage a team of growth marketers and business development professionals.

    Your primary focus will be to rapidly scale our user base, foster strategic partnerships, and establish Prime Intellect as the leading platform for accessible, decentralized AI.Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with Prime Intellect's mission and objectivesLead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and feature releasesManage a team of growth marketers, product marketers, and business development professionalsCollaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenueOversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned mediaConduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnelsFoster strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth and expand Prime Intellect's ecosystemEstablish and track key growth metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership teamStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform growth strategiesRepresent Prime Intellect at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership opportunitiesRequirements 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or business development roles, preferably in AI, protocols, or developer-focused startupsProven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsDeep understanding of growth frameworks, experimentation methodologies, and data-driven decision makingExceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data setsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiencesPassion for AI and the potential of decentralized technologies to drive positive global impactPreferred Qualifications Experience in developer marketing, community building, or open-source project growthFamiliarity with decentralized protocols, token economics, and crypto-native growth strategiesNetwork within the decentralized AI and startup ecosystemsBenefits & Perks Competitive compensation, including equity and token incentives, aligning your success with the growth and impact of Prime Intellect.
