    Job Description

    • Children's Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC) is seeking a Program Director for our Therapeutic Nursery Program.
    • The Program Director will lead the implementation and overall integrity of the Therapeutic Nursery in close collaboration with CCTC leadership.
    • Responsibilities include managing the clinical and operational structure of the program, treatment planning, and ensuring services align with CCTC's mission and core values.
    • Requirements: Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field, minimum 3 years of experience in direct clinical service to children and families, and 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role in children's mental health.
    • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of best practices in children's mental health, experience in care models implementation, supervisory skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse cultures.
