- Leading Technical Services
- In this role, you'll be in charge of ensuring all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. You'll oversee critical operations, programs, and vendor management to deliver the highest standards consistently.
- Managing a Team
- You will lead a team of 5 technical services professionals in Gurgaon, focusing on providing top-notch client service and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Act as a coach and mentor to foster teamwork, performance excellence, and personal development among team members.
- Prioritizing Facilities Needs
- You will manage facility maintenance and operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and implementing cost-saving programs.
- Planning and Reporting
- Responsible for planning and managing technical services budgets, contracts, and optimizing energy efficiency while minimizing downtime.
- Building Client Trust
- Establish strong relationships with clients by meeting and exceeding their expectations in all technical services matters.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering or technical services delivery
- Experience in managing contracts and familiarity with occupational safety requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Engineering / Technical Services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
