    Description

    Transteck has an immediate opening for a Service Manager at our Freightliner of New Stanton dealership located in Tarrs, PA. If you possess the skills and experience we are looking for please apply below and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.

    Service Manager position:

    • Position is directly responsible for leadership supervision, and motivation of technical staff.
    • Address and resolving customer complaints
    • Ensure all safety policies are enforced
    • Maintain and liaison with high volume customers
    • Evaluate department performance and ensure profitability of the department
    Essential job functions of Service Manager include:
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role
    • Have excellent communication and supervisory skills
    • Familiarity with computers
    • Experience with CDK DMS system
