- Manage operations of the product deployment on all aspects of performance, assembly, repair, and fulfillment.
- Manage performance of team members to increase technical and product-related skills, as well as individual effectiveness.
- Accountable to meeting deployment metrics on efficiencies, quality control, and servicing product.
- Maintain a team matrix that defines professional level benchmarks.
- Meet with Project Management weekly to audit each contract orders. And manage shipment priorities.
- Document departmental processes, procedures, and standards and ensure team members are trained on assigned processes.
- Meet with Trade Show delegates to ensure all hardware and marketing material is configured and aligned for shipment.
- Measure repair times and hold team members accountable to benchmarks.
- Measure NTF (No Trouble Found) repairs, meet with the Hardware Support Manager and the Director of Hardware Management on those measurements weekly.
- Measure configuration/staging/assembly times and establish performance benchmarks based on them.
- Stop shipments when quality issues arise and meet with the Director of Hardware Management to strategize next steps.
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience or proven ability, ideally in production/manufacturing, inventory, or equipment repairs.
- Leadership disposition with a strong desire and proven record for responsibility.
- Orientation towards results, quality, and details.
- Knowledge of POS/SCO hardware and software configuration as related to CATAPULT or equivalent experience.
- Exhibits elevated level of emotional intelligence while effectively producing positive outcomes.
- Strong desire to produce high quality work and maximize productivity.
- Ability to autonomously manage priorities and delegate responsibilities.
- Ability to work with ERP software as well as an ITSM to gain meaningful metrics on KPI's
