    Role Description
    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager at Electronic Source Company.

    This role applies the disciplines and profession of Quality Assurance concepts to optimize processes, and achieve process repeatability, efficiency, and quality products.

    In this position, the Quality Manager must develop appropriate procedures and processes that comply with agency regulations, as well as industry and customer's requirements.

    The Quality Manager needs to have the ability to understand customer's requirements, develop tools and/or recommend proper tools, equipment or procedures to assure compliance.

    The individual will also support QC inspection and Quality Engineers with training, assistance and leadership with a focus on the development and maintenance of robust procedures in compliance with best practices, ISO13485, NADCAP and AS9100.

    The Quality Manager must be able to work safely and independently, within specific time constraints, and stay on task while under minimal supervision.

    Qualifications
    Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations
    Experience in conducting audits and inspections
    Ability to develop and implement corrective actions for non-conformities
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Strong communication and leadership skills
    Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry strongly preferred
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
    Certifications in quality management (such as Six Sigma or ASQ) are a plus
