    Certified Pharmacy Technician - Retail- Oupatient
    Baltimore MD


    MUST:
    3+ years of recent outpatient-retail experience
    Current Maryland State Pharmacy Technician Certificate in good standing
    CPht preferred
    Diploma from a pharmacy school
    Basic mathematical skills
    Attention to detail and sense of urgency
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    High school Diploma


    DUTIES:
    Duties if the Pharmact Tech include but are not limited to the following:
    Process refill requests from patients and providers and sends flags if necessary to expedite
    Maintain drug inventory
    Provide customer service support
    Asssit the pharmacist as needed
    Enter the prescription drug data into computer
    Check all labels generated against the original written prescription for accuracy
    Order, receive and monitor drug inventory
    Ensure that patients receive all medications upon pick-up
    Receive prescriptions from patients and fill out an intake sheet
    Sign prescriptions out of pharmacy, receive payment and process credit payments
