    Certified Pharmacy Technician - Retail - Outpatient in Baltimore, MD


    • MUST:
      • 3+ years of recent outpatient-retail experience
      • Current Maryland State Pharmacy Technician Certificate in good standing
      • CPht preferred
      • Diploma from a pharmacy school
      • Basic mathematical skills
      • Attention to detail
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • High school Diploma

    DUTIES:
    • Process refill requests from patients and providers and send flags if necessary
    • Maintain drug inventory
    • Provide customer service support
    • Assist the pharmacist as needed
    • Enter prescription drug data into the computer
    • Check all labels for accuracy against the original prescription
    • Order, receive, and monitor drug inventory
    • Ensure patients receive all medications upon pick-up
    • Receive prescriptions from patients, fill out an intake sheet, and sign prescriptions out of the pharmacy
