- 3 – 5 years of experience in human resources including full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, on/offboarding, and performance management
- Minimum 1 year experience managing a team required
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Distribution, logistics, or manufacturing background preferred
- Nationwide and multi-state experience preferred
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to employment
- Union experience preferred
- Manage team of multiple direct reports, helping them to develop and grow in their skills and abilities
- Handle employee relations cases at multiple locations at various levels
- Oversee onboarding process for new hires, process terminations
- Collaborate with management for performance review process, and to address performance related issues
- Oversee Learning & Development initiatives and training requirements
- Manage site compliance
