    The role:

    We are looking for an Operations Specialist. We are looking for a person with an Administrative profile, very oriented to deal with people, orderly, responsible, passionate about new technologies and enthusiastic about learning and facing new challenges.

    What will be your functions?

    You will be responsible, along with the rest of the team, for providing complete solutions related to order management & procurement processes for Google services and all the tools that complete the Google ecosystem, performing, among other functions:

    • Management of the contracting/renewal process with our suppliers.
      Support to the commercial team along the defined workflows.
      Management of queries/incidents with Google related to the processes (Channel services).
      Daily team work to achieve the objectives.
      Dealing with the customer.
    • The position is based in the Len office, but the scope of the position will be international.

    What we need to see from you:
    • Senior Administration Technician, or any speciality related to management and/or technology.
    • English Speaker. Orientation towards management, application and constant learning of new processes.
    • Knowledge of office management (Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office).
    • Knowledge of CRM at user level is an advantage.
