Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to join our team at our European Headquarters in Ratingen.

Main Duties

Headquarter Service Activities

  • Independently and responsibly handle all service-related administrative tasks for the healthcare areas of Endoscopy, Modality, Ultrasound, MR CT & IVD (order creation, tracking, quote preparation, and invoicing)
  • Monitor repair service orders in SAP and ServiceCloud systems - meeting KPIs
  • Ensure and track internal and external communication with dealers and our FUJIFILM units at the headquarters
  • Process orders for refurbishment, outsourced services, and manage service providers
  • Create service contract quotes, service contracts, and monitoring
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses within the service contract department, including spare parts and product sales
