- Provide support as needed to ensure success in all aspects of operations including the work of the email deliverability team, fulfillment team, and the department as a whole.
- Ensure successful program management of multiple parallel activities , often with competing timelines and complex interdependencies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to document, define and design roadmaps/timelines to support delivery of complex programs and processes and drive the execution and completion of projects.
- Act as a proxy or a delegate for the compliance department Chief of Staff, when required.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Orient in key operational processes of the business then be able to iterate on processes to meet new business needs & requirements.
- Drive alignment & enforce clear deadlines with key stakeholders & departments for successful deliverables.
- Work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer on determining their priorities, and building and executing their calendars.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics, considering time efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with meeting management, take excellent notes and action items for those meetings, ensuring they reach the right people.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience at a mid or large sized company
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience interacting with executive leadership
- Remain flexible to changing priorities

Description
As the Compliance Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief of Staff in overseeing operations within the compliance department.
In addition, you will work closely with the leaders of our fulfillment and email deliverability teams to help them maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations, and to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
You will execute by understanding how the compliance department operates and align closely with its component functions, including the Privacy Technology, Government Relations, Compliance Sales Support, ERM, and Assurance teams.
This includes supporting all aspects of strategic execution, including project scoping, managing execution timelines, change management, stakeholder communications and risk management.
In addition to leading programs, and operational support, you will also manage the Chief Compliance Officer's calendar and coordinate travel as needed.
This role reports to the Chief of Staff of Compliance, and will also include additional responsibilities to help support the team.
