**Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) to manage in-office customer meetings, product sample ordering, logistics, and live virtual video production. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **In-Office Customer Meetings:**
Coordinate in-office customer meetings leveraging cross-functional relationships, ensuring all necessary resources are prepared.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills while planning in-office and remote customer meetings and events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting areas before and after sessions.
2. **Product Sample Ordering and Logistics:**
Manage inventory of product samples, ensuring availability for customer meetings.
Place orders for new product samples as needed, coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
Arrange shipment and delivery of product samples to clients, communicating tracking logistics to ensure timely arrival.
3. **Live Virtual Video Production:**
Oversee the setup and operation of live virtual video production equipment.
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and execute live virtual events, webinars, and presentations.
Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to ensure seamless delivery.
4. **Daily Operations:**
Assist with general office administrative tasks, including answering emails, coordinating appointments, and transporting products and supplies throughout the office.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in office administration or operations coordination.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency or willingness to learn virtual video production tools and platforms.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs throughout the day.
Possess a hustle mentality and willing to work on your feet for long hours.
- Willing to work in-office 4 days a week
