    Description

    At Alkermes, we are looking for a Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. As the **Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) Review Specialist**, you will play a key role in managing the review process. You will act as the primary point of contact for project owners, agency representatives, and reviewers, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between the office and home. At Alkermes, we value flexibility and support our employees' needs.


    Responsibilities:
    • Manages CCC submission processes for assigned brand(s)
    • Schedules and facilitates CCC team meetings
    • Coordinates final approvals with Regulatory department
    • Trains new employees and vendors on the CCC process
    • Drives adherence with SOPs to improve CCC coordination
    • Guides stakeholders through the CCC lifecycle
    • Supports management and maintenance of Veeva Vault functionality
    • Provides project management support as needed
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of professional experience
    • Marketing operations or creative agency experience
    • Experience in a regulated industry
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Problem-solving skills under pressure
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
