    About the rolePeople are the most important part of any business.

    We're looking for someone to come and embed onsite 3-4 days a week into a super cool BioTech company, handling everything from onboarding to diary management while supporting travel requirements and so much more You'll be coordinating interviews and meetings while providing new employees with a seamless onboarding experience.

    You'll work closely with leadership to support internal communications, employee referral programs and so much more If you're looking for an exciting role, look no further and apply below.


    The job you'll be doing:
    You'll be the right-hand person to the Talent Operations Manager, providing administrative support and assistance as needed.

    Coordination and execution of the onboarding process for new employeesPlay a key role in company culture, ensuring all new starters have a seamless onboarding experience.

    Internal company communications initiatives, including drafting and editing communications materials, updating company intranet, and assisting with employee engagement activitiesYou'll be the go to person for everything travel, booking travel requirements when needed.

    You'll manage the employee referral program.
    You'll support with everything coordinating from booking interviews to internal meetings.

    What you'll need:
    Post-graduate experience, preferably in a similar role within related fields.
    Driving license and car to commute to partners office.
    Experience in providing administrative support, ideally within a talent acquisition or HR setting.

    To be comfortable with Outlook, Teams, Canva and SharepointCommunication skills, with the ability to draft and edit communication materials effectively mindset, with experience working cross-functionally to achieve objectives.

    Have a can do attitude and being proactive.
