    Agenda Health is a healthcare services-focused M&A Advisory firm headquartered in Austin, TX. Founded in 2008, Agenda Health has since grown to be a market leader in sell-side healthcare services M&A.


    Agenda works with approximately 750 buyers of healthcare services businesses across the country in efforts of creating strong buyer pools for the transactions that we manage.

    To aid in that process, we're looking for a Senior Buyer Manager.

    The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

    Account Management -


    Buyer Advisors are responsible for working with their buyers to understand their acquisition target profile and assist our Transactions Team in utilizing those profiles to create strong buyer pools.


    Strong Leadership & Management Skills:


    The individual hired in this role will be a candidate to grow into the Director of Buyer Advisory role here at Agenda, which will entail leading the Buyer Advisory practice of Agenda Health and managing it's team.


    Highly Organized:
    This role will require a highly organized and detail-oriented person who can systematically manage 30-40 buyers simultaneously.

    Strong Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills:
    This role will require an ability to communicate with private equity groups and publicly traded corporations effectively.

    Market Research Ability:


    In addition to managing buyers Agenda has a standing relationship with, Buyer Advisors are also responsible for sourcing new buyers.

    Included in this responsibility will also be to monitor transactions occurring in other areas of healthcare services that Agenda might want to expand into.

    Compensation will be based on experience and quality of fit, but successful candidates should expect a multi six-figure compensation range.

    Transactions & Account Management experience will be prioritized.
