    Job DescriptionAre you a results-oriented and driven sales professional with a proven track record of achieving sales goals? We're seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Job seekers should be motivated self-starters with superior communications, customer service, and interpersonal skills.     $80,000 - $120,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
    • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
    • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
    • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
    • Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
    • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
    • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
    • Compile each client's financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
    • Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
    • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
    Qualifications:
    • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
    • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
    • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
    • Superior relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessary
    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferred
    • Experience in sales & finance is helpful but not required
