    Description
    Hours Per Week: 35 hours/week
    Location: Remote but the candidate may need to come onsite as requested
    Manager Notes: (parking, travel, etc.)
    • Travel expenses covered for out of state candidates per current policy.
    • Local candidates will have to pay for their own parking in Jersey City.
    QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
    • Minimum B.A./B.S. in life sciences, business administration, finance, or other relevant field.
    Professional Experience:
    • Overall, 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on contract management
    • Experience implementing Contract Lifecycle Management tools desired
    • Experience with Document Locator preferred
    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Thorough understanding of document management practices
    • Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
    • Competency in standard Microsoft Office applications
    • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Ariba, Document Locator and others

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Review of contracts to be uploaded on a vendor by vendor and study by study basis
    • Identifies potential missing contracts per vendor
    • Prepares files for upload into new system
    • Supports manual metadata entry as required
    • Conducts audit to assure legacy documents are properly uploaded in new system
    • Generates reporting on upload progress and missing contracts on a regular basis
    • Performs other tasks associated to system implementation as required
