Building Automation Account Executive - Washington, United States - Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
Description
Identify potential opportunities, arrange meetings, initiate sales momentum, build estimates and proposals and close sales.Establish and maintain relationships with key Consulting Engineers, Mechanical Contractors and Building Owners with the intent to sell and grow our Building Management Systems Business.
Collaborate and work with Consulting Engineers with writing Control Specifications leading to potential opportunities.Attend pre-bid project meetings, walkthroughs and client meetings to assess project requirements.
Estimate and develop proposals for new installation or retrofit control projects and service contracts.
Conduct technical presentations (lunch and learns) to perspective clients, consulting engineers, and contractors.
Collaborate internally with the Administrators, Operations/Installation, Engineering and Service teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Manage our customers on every level with the highest level of integrity and sense of urgency.
Qualifications
B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
Minimum of 4 years' previous sales experience and a proven track record of sales success in Building Management Systems or Control Systems, integration, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
