- Assist with development of communications and public affairs strategies on behalf of major clients in a range of sectors.
- Monitor and analyze media, social media, and policy developments, as assigned, and draft appropriate reporting for clients.
- Independently draft and deliver the highest quality written products for internal and external purposes, including briefing memos, social media content, and presentations.
- Support business development, including through identification of new business opportunities and assistance for development of pitch materials.
- 1-3 years public relations and/or public affairs experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to create a wide range of materials such as press releases, briefing memos, talking points, social media content, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to make positive contributions to successful teams
- Proven ability to manage detailed and time-sensitive projects
- International experience a plus

Red Flag is now recruiting an Account Executive (Strategic Communications and Public Affairs) to drive and support engagement across our growing U.S. and international client base. At Red Flag, Account Executives are responsible for implementing communications plans, monitoring, analysing and researching client issues, managing day-to-day interactions and reporting to clients.
This is a full-time position based in our office in Washington, DC, with arrangements for hybrid working. Some domestic and/or international travel may be required.
