We are looking for a Senior Business Program Manager for the Cloud Ecosystem Security (CES) executive office to join us on our mission of making the world safer and more productive for all.
This Senior Business Program Manager will lead centralized customer and partner engagement, university recruiting, strategic initiatives, and provide related business management support as required.
This role will partner closely with the Cloud Ecosystem Security Chief of Staff, CES executive office, our leadership team's executive staff and cross-functional partners (e.g., Business Development, GTM, Marketing, Finance, Global Talent Acquisition).
They will be a results-oriented and data-driven individual who has the horsepower to solve complex problems (and gets excited by them); a best-in-class collaborator that understands the importance of close partnerships and resourcefulness; an effective communicator; an end-to-end owner that does what it takes to make our team successful; will actively provide (and welcome) feedback so we may continue to collectively iterate and improve in everything we do; is customer (internal/external) obsessed; and operates well in an ambiguous environment, but drives for clarity.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, communications or business-related roles.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated history of operations and program management expertise with a proven ability to influence and inspire technical peers. Experience working with a globally distributed workforce. Business Program Management IC- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.

University RecruitingLeads the global CES university recruiting program end to end through full lifecycle – interview, placement, employee experience.Defines the program strategy, gathers program requirements, identifies resource and budget needs, creates the project plan and targets, and works across teams to align on the plan of record.
Develops and manages engagement with executive offices, managers, our university recruiting talent acquisition team to ensure program readiness and cultivation of best practices.
Develops and maintains university recruiting playbook that enables us to scale and foster a thriving community of interns.Business Partner Relationships Establishes and maintains key partnerships with internal teams (e.g., Finance, GTM, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development, etc.).Manages and cultivates relationships with leaders of internal teams.
Acts as an advisor to leadership, leveraging breadth of relationships, program management skillset, organizational context, and market awareness on strategic business decisions.
Business Management Provides support for headcount and budget management, partnering with our CES Business Manager on an as needed basis.
