    ABOUT THE ROLE

    SUPER73 is hiring a Director of Ecommerce to work onsite at our Irvine, CA HQ The Director of Ecommerce at SUPER73 will lead .com into an exhilarating new phase of innovation. This individual will oversee all facets of e-comm and performance marketing to drive revenue growth YoY, working hand-in-hand with leaders across the company. As a natively D2C business, revenue growth on web and maintaining a majority share of total revenue is paramount and this solution-oriented individual will lead the charge in scaling capabilities. This role reports into the Head of Sales & Channel marketing and will work closely with our CRO and CMO to drive cross-functional success

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Lead a team of e-comm and performance marketing professionals, helping to foster their growth as professionals and, most importantly, people
    • Ever-evolving understanding of e-comm industry trends to move beyond keeping up with best practices to being on the cutting edge of new technology and UX
    • Implementation of CRO best practices with consistent updates and industry changes
    • Ownership of outsourced dev agency, SEO agency and other partners
    • Cross-functional collaboration to move business units toward practices that benefit D2C sales
    • Management of the e-comm budget, P&L, revenue targets, margin profiles, and promotional activity to drive meaningful growth for the business.
    • Deep knowledge of all earned, owned and paid channels leading into the website and initiatives that increase awareness, traffic, and conversion
    • Leadership in on-site data gathering, analytics, compilation of metrics, identification of KPIs and securing of third-party analytics tools
    • Upgrading the tech stack with a true understanding of all tools needed to build a best-in-class website - no platform or tool is off limits
    • Create a culture of innovation focused on aspirational goals, trend setting, and raw ambition
    • Constant optimization and testing of assorted tactics and strategies that lead to improved KPIs from time on site, to bounce rates, lead acquisition, conversion rates, increased AOV, LTV, and so on
    • Deep understanding of-and passion for-content marketing and how to convey the brand feel on web
    • Campaign conceptualization and implementation across multiple digital properties
    • Positive, respectful, collaborative mindset that embraces direction from department leadership, manages upward and does not shy away from providing or receiving constructive criticism

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • 6 - 8 years of experience in E-Commerce, ideally also executing or managing Performance/Growth Marketing
    • 4+ years managing a team, embracing professional development and coaching up talent
    • Capable of vetting, onboarding, and managing multiple vendors, agencies and platforms
    • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining assorted digital analytics platforms (GA4, North Beam, Shopify, etc.)
    • Subject matter expertise in site CRO, site merchandising, web production, site operations, user experience design, personalization and automation
    • Evolving knowledge of AI tools and how the emerging tech can benefit the team's workflows
    • Basic knowledge of creative asset development, techniques and strategies
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, sales, customer service, finance, operations) to ensure seamless project execution and information exchange.
    • Demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges, consistently proposing and implementing effective solutions.
    • Sense of urgency, strong prioritization skills and ability to handle the multiple tasks that are commonplace at a category leader in an emerging market

    COMPENSATION:

    The salary range in CA for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 annually and represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience and qualifications.
