The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs and campaigns.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and managing a dynamic team of marketing professionals, assisting the team in the management of marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Lead generation will span numerous media channels, including search, email, social and affiliates with sophisticated online reputation management, analytics and attribution.
The Marketing Manager will help to identify inefficiencies, unlock brand value and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and return on advertising spend.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesTeam collaboration when making hiring decisions for the marketing department
Scheduling, organizing and assigning projects to the marketing team
Coaching and developing existing employees
Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results

Conducting timely performance evaluations
Essential Functions
Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
Analyzes and evaluates financial aspects of product development.Collaborates in the development of new products.
Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
Develops creative briefs and collaborates with the Creative team on creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging on all channels.
Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, budgets, and results.
Performs other duties as assigned.Skills

Manage all aspects of the analytics related to strategic marketing initiatives and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
4 years of digital marketing experience
2 years in management or leadership role
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. NetSuite, Magento, Bronto and Google)
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate across multiple different customer segments and audience types
Customer oriented, results driven
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds if needed.
