    ****SPECIFIC DUTIES:****

    Create, monitor and optimize social media strategy that builds consumer awareness and preference, grows market share, and supports revenue goals. (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

    Responsible for ongoing reputation management across all platforms, including employment platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor,etc).

    Respond to all incoming social media messages in a timely and personalized manner.

    Proven experience working in B2C (B2B a plus) consumer/lifestyle marketing executing results-driven campaigns that increase followers and engagement. Case studies available.

    Experience managing social media budgets, cross-platform spending and post-campaign reporting and analysis of ROI.

    Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items (not just reporting metrics)

    Proofreading expertise and ability to coach team members on social media best practices.

    Conceptualize, write and execute regularly scheduled digital newsletters for hotel and outlets (hotel (2X/month | Le Cavalier-2X/month |Sparkd Creative Pastry-1X/month)

    Support sales and marketing promotions. Support all agency partner initiatives, activations, campaigns. Communicate deliverables and action items to hotel leads.

    Using brand style guides and message, implements production of marketing collateral (sales, catering, in-room communications, restaurant promotions, etc.)

    Together with Managing Director, liaise with Preferred Hotel Group and Historic Hotels of American to optimize execution of activations and promotions.

    Manage ongoing website updates to ensure accuracy/reflect latest hotel information, packages, special events, rates, etc

    Post hotel offers on destination websites and online booking sites to increase reach.

    Collaborate with outside partners and venues.

    Proven, dynamic l self-starter.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Demonstrated problem solving and interpersonal skills.

    Agency experience highly preferred.

    Luxury and hospitality experience. a plus

    Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

    Local and regional market experience a plus.

    Honesty, integrity, passion for hard work and success. Detail obsessed. Results driven.

    **QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS:**

    Bachelors or masters degree- Marketing, Communications

    Minimum 3 years agency experience (social media account responsibility)

    Communications savvy- verbal and written

    Adobe Creative Suite, photo and edit expertise
