    Summary:


    As an Outside Sales Manager at Re-Systems Group Americas, a leading company in waterproofing technology, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth and market expansion.

    This role combines strategic planning, sales leadership, and technical expertise in waterproofing and roofing technologies.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, along with a deep understanding of the construction industry, specifically in waterproofing technologies.


    Strategic Business Growth:


    Develop and implement comprehensive business development and sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the waterproofing technology sector.

    Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and formulate actionable plans to capitalize on emerging trends.
    Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.

    Sales Leadership:
    Lead, manage, and expand the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
    Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Market Analysis and Expansion:
    Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, including market segments, geographical areas, and emerging trends.
    Evaluate market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

    Explore and establish new sales channels, including retail partnerships, distribution networks, and strategic alliances, to expand market reach and penetration.


    Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through active engagement on various platforms.

    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, solutions, and support to address their challenges and achieve their objectives.


    Product Development Input:


    Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights on market needs, contributing to the development of innovative waterproofing products and solutions.

    Translate customer requirements into actionable product development initiatives, contributing to the creation of innovative waterproofing products and solutions.

    Marketing and Promotion:
    Work closely with the marketing department to develop effective marketing materials and strategies that align with sales objectives.
    Participate in the development of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and advertising initiatives to generate leads and drive brand awareness.

    Operational Collaboration:


    Collaborate closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with overall business operations, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of products and services.

    Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive organizational alignment and cohesion.

    Performance Management:
    Track sales performance against targets and KPIs, analyzing trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and strategies.
    Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recognize top performers to motivate and incentivize the sales team.

    Industry Presence:


    Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

    Deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase our products, services, and capabilities.

    Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, leaders, and influencers to stay ahead of industry trends and foster collaboration opportunities.


    Essential Qualifications:
    Previous experience in the construction industry or building envelope sector is highly desirable.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development, preferably within construction or waterproofing.
    Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage sales teams effectively.
    Understanding of construction, waterproofing, and roofing technologies
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in customer relationship management and rapport building
    Familiarity with Monday, Capsule CRM, Microsoft 365 & other proprietary software
    Flexibility to travel 30%-50% of the time.

    Compensation:


    Competitive base salary starting from $60,000/year-$70,000 with performance-based incentives, target compensation projected to be over $120,000 - subject to achieving company sales goals.

    Furthermore, the comprehensive benefits package encompasses medical, dental, and vision coverage, in addition to provision of a company laptop, a cell phone allowance, and reimbursement for sales/marketing expenses.
