    **The Position:**

    We are seeking a highly ambitious, sales-minded individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. This person will be involved in soliciting, negotiating and booking new and existing leisure and corporate business. The ideal candidate will possess a lively personality, strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced setting. This person must be able to work in a collaborative, team environment. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional that is capable of building strong relationships with our customers. The Sales Manager is responsible for:

    Planning and developing an effective sales strategy

    Soliciting and developing new business accounts

    Maintaining accounts once the business is captured and current accounts

    Ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded

    Handling reservations and group bookings at the hotel

    Management of rate, occupancy and RevPAR
