    Regional Sales Manager

    Our Exlar Business Unit is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to support the Actuation Division. As the Regional Sales Manager, your main goal will be to identify, qualify, generate, and develop new business opportunities and accounts to boost market share and business growth. This role involves engaging in multi-level sales efforts, building credibility, and fostering relationships within the customer base and sales team. The contracts you will secure ranging from small development projects to significant production awards.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Product Team to devise effective sales strategies for maximum market penetration.
    • Meet or exceed business targets within a specific geographic area or account.
    • Provide sales support for proposals, analyze market data, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate deals.
    • Maintain customer relationships, present business cases, and manage sales representatives or engineers, ensuring alignment and training.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
    • Ability to adapt to changes in the market.
    • Proven track record in sales and technical sales.
