• You will be responsible for sales and revenue, reporting directly to the management team and using your expertise and high level of commitment to consistently tap into the market potential and achieve company goals
• You will monitor market developments, take advantage of opportunities to expand our market position, and contribute to the conception and implementation of new product ideas and marketing concepts
• You will manage the cosmetics and home care sales territory nationally and internationally, and maintain and expand existing business relationships
• You will acquire new customers and projects, and develop concepts and solutions for our clients
• You will support product development

What should you bring?

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a confident and dynamic demeanor, and an affinity for cosmetics, ideally with knowledge of the cosmetics industry
• You demonstrate high levels of commitment and initiative to initiate new projects or product developments and actively participate in their implementation
• You work in a structured and independent manner and have a "hands-on" mentality
• You are willing to travel worldwide
• You have very good German (C1+) and English (B2+) language skills
