- Implement and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
- Coordinate and conduct product testing as required.
- Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance overall product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality-related processes.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1+ of experience in quality assurance and control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics.

Job DescriptionWe have an exciting Short -term Quality Specialist opportunity where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
