Sales and Operations System Specialist
***The Sales and Operations System Specialist is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales and operations systems while providing excellent customer service and care. Your primary focus will be working closely with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. This will ensure customer satisfaction and customer care by creating transparency between us and the customer. This individual will guide sales strategy by using data, processes and tools to drive repeatable, scalable and predictable processes. The Sales Operations Manager will develop our internal systems, lead change in procedures, and provide operational insights and analytics.

OBJECTIVES
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand their needs and pain points.
- Aligned Elevator Job Dispatching in Service Titan
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales and operations systems and processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Train and support the sales and operations teams in utilizing the CRM and project management software effectively.
- Process creation for CRM and project management softwares
- Develop and Maintain professional relationships with customers, engineers, and worksite team members
- Continuously monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze sales and operations data to identify trends and provide insights for process enhancements.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate various tools and systems.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in sales and operations technology.
- Develop quality control checkpoint systems to ensure high QC/QA requirements and standards are met and communicated with the customer.
- Work in Conjunction with general operations team on all aspects where needed
- Issue Progress updates as needed to the Operations and Sales Teams

- Previous experience in sales and operations systems optimization or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and project management tools.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing system processes and workflows.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (A plus not a must), Information Systems, or a related field.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; with equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch.
COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
Pay:
$50, $75,000.00 per year
