Customer Service Specialist you will be answering and triaging calls, handling customers complaints, assist with scheduling or dispatching a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and trouble shoot
  • Receive customer calls and triage to the appropriate department
  • Answering questions about the company's products, services and or information about company's offerings
  • Help assist with processing orders and transactions
  • Provide proactive customer outreach
  • Respond to customer reviews, collect and help analyze customer feedback
  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team
  • Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or officerelated experience
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting problem skills
  • Prior dispatch or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Strong phone skills utilizing most updated operating systems

Skills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. In this role, you willgive an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise._


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
