    Our clients are often experiencing traumatic situations and our agents will be the first communication they have after retaining Morgan & Morgan as their attorney.

    It is imperative that these associates portray empathy and kindness to our clients.

    The Client Advocacy Department is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm EST. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime during those business hours. Preferred shifts are awarded based on seniority and need.

    Position Starts at $21.00/hr + Incentives.


    Join the team today and receive a $250 sign-on bonus You must be employed with the company for a minimum of 90 days to receive this special offer.

    Team Leads will oversee a team of agents in our department and will be responsible for:
    Develop customized strategies to reach individual and team goals by listening and utilizing team members' feedback
    Monitor team agents' performance and provide them with assistance
    Provide additional training and support that our agents may require
    Motivate and encourage our agents through positive communication
    Support the implementation of required action plans to ensure the performance, attendance and professional conduct of each agent
    Communicate clear instructions to our agents
    Provide disciplinary action foreach agent when required
    Assist in the creation and dissemination of specialized reports
    Monitor phone queues, track calls, monitor abandonment rates, etc.
    Assist with our offshore vendors and Special Projects
    Handle escalation calls
    Qualifications
    Minimum of 6 months of employment or experience in Client Advocacy
    Exceptional Attendance, performance, and conduct (no write ups within the last 6 months)
    Exceptional written and communication skills
    Proficient in Client Advocacy Policy and Procedures
    Proven leadership potential
    Flexibility regarding shift hours

    This position is a Work From Home position:
    Must be able to provide a distraction free environment (no pets, TVs, children, etc. during scheduled work time)
    Must live in Alpharetta, Georgia area
    Must be willing and able to pass Internet Speed Test of 300 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before interview.
    The understanding that

    although this is a Work from Home position, this positon will move in office.
