    Job Function:


    The Global Client Leader/Global Business Leader is responsible for the integration, management and growth of key holding company pharmaceutical client accounts.

    The GBL resides at holding company level and works with agency teams to manage client accounts across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and marketing disciplines.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsibility for multiple global client partnerships at holding company level Responsibility covers both new business and operational activities
    • Oversee and ensure smooth deployment of the worldwide holding company model for each client, including defining "ways of working", creating formal playbooks and onboarding documents / templates
    • Respond to client new business inquiries and special event requests.
    • Work with client brand teams and Global Brand Champions, local agency teams, agency CEOs to ensure:
    • Unified integrated multi-agency team collaboration
    • Brand strategy synchronized across disciplines and key markets
    • New, innovative, effective marketing and communications approaches proactively proposed and implemented across all brands
    • Agency teams and resources aligned with client brand needs
    • Best practices actively shared
    • Develop and actively track and forecast delivery against SOWs
    • Cross-country and cross-functional alignment on operations: ensure standardization of process and approach across all agency teams working together on a brand
    • Prepare responses and pitch decks on client RFIs, RFPs, and pitches
    • Serve as liaison for, and support individual agencies in, agency-level pitch preparation at holding company clients
    • Contribute to development of new capabilities, partnerships, and special projects to support client needs
    • Understand, continually update, and represent the full breadth of IPG's health agencies and capabilities globally with client teams

    Requirements:

    • Direct experience in global and multi-regional pharmaceutical product marketing and communications (15+ years)
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver results across a broad and global stakeholder set, working with senior client and agency leaders
    • Omni-channel and integrated cross-disciplinary marketing program expertise
    • Flexibility to engage with global colleagues-working with teams located in multiple time zones (Americas, Europe, Asia) and prioritizing rapid, timely responses to client requests
    • Proven leadership and relationship building skills-effective and collaborative
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to adapt communications style to audience and environment
    • Ability to solve problems and manage across a complex set of stakeholders
    • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic and financial/operational skill set- fluent in both PowerPoint and Excel
