What to Know:
Compensation ofup to $22/hr
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the office
OT is provided after 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Addressing inquiries from new hires regarding paperwork procedures
Coordinating I-9/CORI verifications at the company's office and scheduling appointments with candidates
Sending calendar invitations to candidates, detailing required IDs for on-site visits
Traveling to clients for on-site I-9/CORI verifications as necessary
Facilitating the timely completion of onboarding documentation on the Xenqu platform through continuous communication and establishing deadlines for candidates
Qualifications:
6 months experience in an office setting
Prior experience in data entry
Excellent organizational and great communication skills
Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite
Able to commute to Boston, MA
