We are actively hiring for an Executive Assistant – Hybrid.This position is in Glendale, Arizona and will support our Personal Lines Product Executives. This role will be required to be in the office Thursdays and one other weekday.
Assist and support various Personal Line Product executives with organizing, reminding, prioritizing and managing their time to meet deadlines and assist with projects.
Interact with clients who may include internal and external senior executives.Manage schedules for all internal and external meetings, travel plans, conference calls and day to day activities.
Maximize appropriate time allocation to senior executive's priorities based on understanding the company goals and their individual objectives.
Proofread documents, messages, presentations.
5+ years of Executive Assistant or relevant experience.
~ Ability to learn and adapt to the executive's work styles and handle discreet information.
~ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, activities, and projects.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and working knowledge of M365.
~ willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.)
~(Use as needed) Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings
~ Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc
