- Provide technical and patient support, and care.
- Maintain continuous communication with physicians regarding patient condition.
- Assist during both invasive and non-invasive procedures.
- Ensure safe and correct operation of all equipment.
- Check procedure room equipment readiness and functionality.
- Prepare supplies for procedures and fulfill all needs of the Cardiac Cath Laboratory team.
- Engage in performance and quality improvement activities.
- Authorized to handle medications.

Cath Lab Tech Full-Time Days Position Summary
THE CATH LAB TECH FULL-TIME DAYS CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completion of a formal two-year radiologic technology training program in an AMA-approved school or equivalent on-the-job training.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Current ARRT registration, Arizona MRTBE license, current BLS certification.
REQUIRED TRAINING: Must attend EKG, Hemodynamics, IABP classes within four months of hire.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION: ARRT(CI), (VI) or ARRT (CV), ACLS certification.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
